Monthly Parking Rates
Comerica Bank Tower Reserved - $300
Comerica Bank Tower Unreserved - $175
Elm Reserved - $165
Elm Unreserved - $105

All monthly fees are due by the 1st of the month.  Late fees will apply beginning on the 5th of the month. All cards with non-payment after the 5th are subject to deactivation.
 
Transient Parking Validation Program
Validation stickers are purchased in advance and distributed to guests and visitors. Stickers for both Comerica Bank Tower and Elm Street Garage are sold 100 to a book.

Comerica Bank Tower
1 book of 20-minute stickers - $150
1 book of 1-hour stickers - $450
1 book of all day stickers - $1,600
After-hour token notes are $5.00 each and sold individually.

Elm Street
1 book of 20-minute stickers - $200
1 book of all day stickers - $1,000
After-hour token notes are $5.00 each and sold individually.

Monthly Parking and Transient Parking Validation Programs are managed by Central Parking.
