Comerica Bank Tower is located in the Central Business District of Dallas. Bordered by Ervay Street, Elm Street, St. Paul Street and Main Street, Comerica Bank Tower offers convenient access to and from Dallas' major arteries. The building is located 25 minutes from DFW Airport and 10 minutes from Love Field.
Exterior
The exterior of the building consists of hand-set veneer panels of flame-finished Stony Creek granite, with a rusticated, honed Stony Creek base.
Lobby
The walls are clad with polished Botticino marble from Central Italy, book matched from one entire phase of the quarry. The base and moldings are made up of Rojo Alicante marble from the Mediterranean Coast of Spain and the flooring consists of both polished Botticino and Negro Marquina marble.
Concourse Level
The luxurious marble-clad continues from the main lobby down to the concourse level. This level leads to an impressive underground walkway system with over 62 restaurant and retail amenities located within a two block radius.
Floors
Typical floor plates are 24,000 rentable square feet. Five foot perimeter module set by window mullion spacing allows maximum office layout flexibility for furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.
Views
Located on the eastside of the Dallas Central Business District, the third tallest building in the district has spectacular views of downtown Dallas and surrounding areas.
HVAC
The building is served by a chilled water system with one 600 ton and three 1200 ton water-cooled chillers. Typically each floor has a standard 16-zone VAV system in place.
Elevators
Comerica Bank Tower consists of 28 passenger elevators, two service elevators and two garage elevators, which are all computer controlled for efficient service. The passenger cabs are paneled with hardwood burls from around the world.
